Terms of use
The rules for using this website. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement with HUDDS LLC, not by anything on this page.
Draft — not yet reviewed
These are website terms, deliberately narrow. They are a scaffold stating what the finished clauses must cover, not reviewed text, and they are not a substitute for the master services agreement a client signs. Anything in square brackets is still to be decided.
Placeholder draft — no effective date until counsel signs it off.
Who these terms are between
They are between you and HUDDS LLC. Using this site means you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
What this site is, and is not
Everything here is marketing information about services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quote, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first. Pricing shown anywhere on the site is indicative until it is in a signed proposal.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, mirror or republish the site or its content at scale
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it
- Do not submit anything through our forms that is unlawful, misleading or not yours to send
Intellectual property
The design, copy, code and artwork on this site belong to HUDDS LLC unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and marks that appear — platform names, for instance — belong to their owners and are used descriptively. Work produced for a client is owned according to that client's signed agreement, not this page.
Case studies and results
Figures shown in case studies describe what happened for a particular client under particular conditions. They are not a promise about your business, and no result described anywhere on the site is guaranteed. Any figure published here is published with that client's consent.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and we are not responsible for it.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from relying on anything published here. [Cap and carve-outs to be set by counsel — nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.]
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of NY [to be confirmed], and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always the one on this page. Questions go to hello@hudds.org.
